摘要
随着政治民主化进程的发展,公众本位的价值取向在政府与公共部门改革中将会越来越重要,公众信任度将成为衡量公共部门绩效的终极指标.构建了公共部门公众信任度测评的指标体系,建立了一种基于多元联系数集对分析的综合评价模型,利用偏联系数理论对公共部门公众信任度的潜在发展趋势进行分析和预测.
With the development of the process of political democratization, the public standard of value orientation in government and public sector reform will be more and more important; the public confidence level will be an ultimate indicator to measure the performance of public sector. In this paper, we proposed an evaluation index system of public confidence level concerning the public sector, established an comprehensive evaluation model which based on the Multi-element connection number of Set analysis, and we used the partial connection number theory to analysis and forecast the development trend concerning the public confidence level with regard to public sector.
