摘要
英国大学已普遍开展学生满意度调查,2005年就有了政府组织的英国全国大学生满意度调查。大学生满意度调查的主要目的是测评学生对大学各方面的看法以及各种预期的满意程度,以此作为改善学校和学生之间的关系、促进学校发展、监测教学质量、指导未来新生选校学习的重要手段。研究英国大学生满意度调查,将对我国大学教学质量评估、发展和谐的校生关系、促进大学内部管理的民主化与科学化具有一定的启示与借鉴意义。
British National Student Satisfaction Survey started from 2005,of which major objective is to measure the sig- nificance of students＇ experience in university and their satisfaction of various anticipations. Its result may be important of improving the relationship between university and student, and promoting the development of university. It has certain reference meanings to study British National Student Satisfaction Survey for improving the university＇s quality, the relationship between university and student, and the democratic and scientific process of management inside the universities of our country.
