摘要
对消防车自动行驶的控制,主要涉及转向、排挡、刹车和离合器控制等关键技术,其机构均采用机械集成式或气动集成控制形式,可安装在车辆的换挡箱附近、驾驶室外底部狭小空间;利用消防车的气源,应用气动控制定位,使调试更加方便、免维护;采用单电控电磁阀能确保在车辆意外断电时各气缸回复至原位。
The control of fire engines automatically traveling, mainly related to the key technologies of the steering, gear, brake and clutch control,its organization has used the machinery integration type or the air operated integration types of control, may be in- stalled near the gear shift box in the vehicle and the bottom of the cab outside the narrow space. Use fire engine gas source and apply the pneumatic control localization, can be easy debugging and maintenance-free. Use single-power control solenoid valve, can be done for vehicles when it meet unexpected power outages, the every cylinder can be back to its original position.
