摘要
工程陶瓷材料具有优良的综合性能。激光在工程陶瓷材料加工方面体现出强大的发展潜力。介绍陶瓷材料对激光能量的吸收、反射和热传导过程,重点描述了温度升高对陶瓷材料产生的影响,综述了激光打孔、切割、车削和铣削等应用方向的研究进展。
Engineering ceramics possesses excellent properties and has extensive application ibreground in many industry firlds. Laser affords numerous unique advantages in insulating ceramic materials machining. The research progress of laser machining of insulating ceramic was reviewed from aspects like machining principle and application. The absorption, reflection and transmission of laser energy by ceramic were introduced and the influence of the temperature rise on ceramic material was briefly described. The research progress of laser drilling, cutting, turning and milling were reviewed.
