摘要
对常见小孔加工方法进行了比较,通过选用脉冲振荡的YAG激光器,对59U-35型机械密封静环微孔加工工艺参数的确定,探讨了改变打孔孔径、打孔深度、提高小孔加工质量的方法。
This article has compared the common processing methods of small holes. By means of utilizing impulse hunting YAG laser to decide the technological parameters of micro hole processing of mechanical sealing rings, methods of varying the drilling place and depth to improve the processing quality have been studied.
