摘要
通过对新加坡近年来绿色建筑市场的发展概况介绍,总结了新加坡建设局从法规、供给、需求及技术4方面提升绿色建筑的措施,并在访谈的基础上归纳出新加坡发展绿色建筑遇到的挑战,旨在为国内发展绿色建筑提供一定的经验和启迪。
This paper summarizes the measures adapted by BCA to better green building in aspects of statutes, supply, demand and techniques. Based on the interview, it draws up the challenges Singapore faces up to in developing green building, which is expected to be reference for domestic works.
