摘要
为了能够提高液压挖掘机可靠性分析的准确性,为液压挖掘机的研发和维修提出有利的理论依据,深入地研究了Bayes理论在其中的应用。分析了Bayes理论的基本思路;分析了基于最大熵法的先验分布计算方法;研究了似然函数的确定方法,同时设计了液压挖掘机可靠性分析的流程;以某液压挖掘机为例,进行了可靠性参数的估计,分析结果表明该方法具有较好的鲁棒性。
In order to improve correctness of reliability analysis of hydraulic excavator, and offer helpful theory basis for developing and maintaining it, and the application of Bayes theory on it is studied in depth. The basic idea of the Bayes theory is analyzed, and the calculating method of prior distribution based on maximum entropy principle is analyzed, and the confirming method of likelihood function is studied and procedure of reliability analysis of hydraulic excavator is designed at same time, a reliability parameter evaluation is carried out used a hydraulic excavator as an example, and analysis results show that this method has better robustness.
