摘要
分析某型调距桨装置在使用过程中突然出现在遥控模式下不能正常调距的故障原因,采用调高液压系统主油路工作压力的方法使其恢复在遥控模式下正常调距,用试验的方法验证所采用的措施的合理性。
The reason of fault that a controllable pitch propeller (CPP) can not adjust its pitch normally in the mode of remote control was analyzed. After raising the working pressure of the main oil pipe in the hydraulic system of the CPP, the fault disappeared. The test and validate result indicated that the cause analysis is correct and the corresponding measure is reasonable.
