摘要
以6-SPS并联机构液压支架为研究对象,运用三维软件Solidworks进行机构仿真模型建立,基于ADAMS的基本理论,对液压支架的运动学和动力学进行了仿真研究,得到了各构件的运动状态及各构件的位移、速度、加速度的曲线图。并通过与传统型的四连杆机构液压支架进行对比,验证了并联机构液压支架存在的合理性。
Based on 6-SPS hydraulic support for study. 6-SPS hydraulic support is established by Solidworks and simulation on kinematic and dynamic of hydraulic support is performed by means of analysis software ADAMS. Displacement,velocity and acceleration curve of hydraulic support has been obtained.Compareing with traditional four bar linkage hydraulic support,verified rationality of parallel mechanism of hydraulic support.
