摘要
以分流式平地残膜回收机四连杆摇臂机构为研究对象,针对其疲劳强度大、工作性能不稳定等问题,运用ADAMS软件对其进行建模、动力学分析及优化.结果表明:经优化后,液压油缸最大铰接力由3 224.3N降低到了2 299.6N,降低了28.6%、液压油缸最小铰接力由2 823N降低到了2 147.8N,降低了23.7%,油压波动系数降低了61.2%.产品设计方案合理,具有良好的可装配性.
In this paper,aimed at the problems of fatigue strength,unstable working performance of split plain plastic film recycling machine′s four-link rocker mechanism,ADAMS was used to model,dynamic analyse and optimize.The results showed that maximum cylinder hinge relay decreased to 2 299.6 N,decreased by 28.6%,hydraulic oil cylinder hinged relay minimum value decreased to 2 147.8 N,decreased by 23.7%,coefficient of oil pressure fluctuation decreased by 61.2%.The results showed that the product design was reasonable,had good assembly,provided technical support and theoretical basis for further optimization design and lightweight design.
