神经根型颈椎病疗效评价的研究进展 被引量：26

摘要 目前国内外有文献报道临床上根据患者的症状、体征、功能结合测量评估工具,确定评价神经根型颈椎病(cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,CSR)治疗效果的评价指标,常用的指标为McGill疼痛问卷、视觉模拟评分、颈椎运动范围、肌电图、影像学评估(X线、CT、MRI)、颈部伤残指数、SF-36健康调查简表、颈椎功能评定表等。上述指标在CSR中运用的研究较少、不成熟,运用指标单一,存在局限性,需综合性评价指标。
