不同改性剂对PP/木粉复合材料性能的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Different Treatment Agents on the Properties of PP/Wood Flour Composites

摘要 研究了苯甲酸(BA)、硬脂酸(SA)、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)对聚丙烯/木粉复合材料的改性效果。结果表明,木粉经改性剂处理后,表面极性减弱,与聚丙烯的界面张力降低,相容性提高;所有改性剂均可提高复合材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度以及熔体流动性能,但对弯曲强度影响不大。用TDI/SA复合处理木粉,复合材料的综合性能最好。扫描电镜(SEM)分析表明,木粉经过处理后,木粉与聚丙烯间界面较模糊。 The effects of different modifiers such as benzoic acid(BA),stearic acid(SA) and toluene-2,4-diisocyanate(TDI) on the properties of polypropylene/wood flour composite were studied.The results show that the surface polarity of the wood flour and interfacial tension between wood flour and polypropylene are decreased but the compatibility is improved after wood flour being treated by these modifiers.The measurements of mechanical properties and melt flow rate of the modified composites also show that all of these modifiers can improve tensile strength,impact strength and melt flow rate of the composites,but have little effect on the flexural strength.In general,the comprehensive properties of the composites reach the best value after wood flour being treated sequentially by TDI and SA.SEM photos show the interface between wood flour and polypropylene gets blurred after wood flour being treated in the cross sectional morphologies of composites.
