摘要
目的了解护生岗前培训前后手卫生知识认知状况。方法自行设计调查表,对176名护生岗前培训前后手卫生知识认知状况进行了问卷调查,并采用内容分类评分及配对t检验进行分析及对比。结果实习护生经岗前培训后,手卫生知识认知调查评分较培训前明显提高,洗手指征、习惯、步骤得分由培训前的(8.21±1.21)、(2.46±1.07)、(3.35±0.66)分,升至培训后的(11.11±1.06)、(4.48±0.60)、(4.91±0.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论岗前培训前护生手卫生知识认知状况较差,岗前培训可明显提高护生手卫生知识;各教学医院应重视开展护生实习前手卫生知识的培训,提高护生手卫生知识认知水平;自觉培养防范和控制医院感染的意识。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the cognition about hand hygiene of the nursing students before and after pre-job training.METHODS A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 176 nursing students on the hand hygiene knowledge before and after the pre-job training,the survey results were analyzed and compared by using the content classification score and paired t-test.RESULTS Nursing students′ score of the awareness of hand hygiene after pre-job training was higher than that before the pre-job training,the scores of hand-washing indication,habit and procedure increased respectively from(8.21±1.21,2.46±1.07,and 3.35±0.66)scores before the training to(11.11±1.06,4.48±0.60,and 4.91±0.28)scores after the training,the differences were statistically significant(P0.01).CONCLUSION The nursing students have relatively poor awareness of hand hygiene before the pre-job training which can significantly improve the knowledge of hand hygiene of the nursing students;the teaching hospitals should attach importance to develop pre-job training for the nursing students and improve the cognitive level of hand hygiene;the nursing students′ consciousness of prevention and control of of hospital infection should be cultivated.
