摘要
[目的]探讨腔镜技术联合体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗复杂泌尿系结石的护理。[方法]对2010年5月—2011年11月采用腔镜技术联合ESWL治疗复杂性泌尿系结石31例病人的资料进行回顾性分析总结。[结果]31例复杂性泌尿系结石病人,随访1个月～3个月,28例结石排尽,排尽率93.3%,无严重并发症发生。[结论]腔镜技术联合ESWL治疗复杂性泌尿系结石碎石成功率高、创伤小,可以互为补充。
Objective： To probe into the nursing care of endoscopy com- bined with ESWL treatment for patients with complex urinary calculi. Methods：Retrospective analysis was carried out for the data of 31 pa- tients accepting treatment of endoscopic techniques combined with ES- WL from May in 2010 to November in 2011. Results：31 cases of complex urinary calculi were follow - up for one - three months, and 28 cases of stones drained, drained rate was 93. 3 %, no serious complications oc- curred. Conclusion： The endoscopic techniques combined with ESWL for gravel has high success rate and less trauma, can complement each other.
