摘要
车辆换算系数是统计交通流量的基本参数,为了准确计算非机动车道混合流下的交通流量,有必要将电动自行车换算成自行车。选取城市有机非物理隔离设施的路段为研究对象。通过对电动自行车与自行车交通特性差异性分析,提出了自行车有效行驶面积的概念,并建立了基于通行能力的电动自行车相对于自行车换算系数计算模型。考虑到交通冲突事件数对自行车服务水平的表征作用,引入交通冲突事件数的概念,建立了基于冲突事件数的电动自行车换算系数计算模型。利用南京市交通调查实测数据分别对2种模型进行标定,并得出电动自行车相对于自行车换算系数为1.229 5,与采用传统的换算系数1.0差异较大。
Vehicle conversion coefficient is a basic parameter for calculating traffic volume. In order to calculate the traffic volume of non-motor lane accurately under the condition of mixed flow, it is necessary to convert electric-bike into standard bicycle. This paper selected urban road sections with separated cars and bicycles as objective. Based on the difference analysis of traffic characteristics between e-bike and bicycle, the paper put forward the concept of bicycle effective driving area, and established a model of conversion coefficient of bicycle based on capacity. Considered the representation effect of traffic conflict events on level of service of bicycle, the paper introduced the concept of events of traffic conflict, and established a model of conversion coefficient of e-bike based on events of traffic conflict. Taken advantage of survey data in Nanjing City to calibrate both models, the conversion coefficient of e-bike into bicycle is 1. 229 5, which is obviously different from 1.0 as traditional one.
