摘要
目的 了解不缝线巩膜隧道切口周边虹膜切除术的优缺点。方法 81例 (85眼 )原发性闭角型青光眼 ,以不缝线巩膜隧道切口行周边虹膜切除术。术后 1d、1mo观察术眼切口及眼前节、视力恢复情况和有无并发症。结果 术后 1d,全部术眼巩膜切口对合良好 ,无渗漏现象。虹膜周边孔清晰可见 ,全层切通 ,瞳孔圆形位正 ,视力保持在术前水平 ,无散光发生。仅 3眼 (3.5 % )术中出现少许前房出血 ,于术后 2 d吸收外 ,无其他术中、术后并发症。结论 采用不缝线巩膜隧道切口行周边虹膜切除术 ,具有手术安全性好 ,术后无线头刺激、不引起散光等优点。
Objective To detemine the effect of suture free scleral tunnel iridectomy.Methods Eighty one consecutive patients (85 eyes) were performed by suture free scleral tunnel iridectomy for primary angle closure glaucoma. The section,the anterior segment ,visual acuity and the complications were checked the next day and one month after iridectomy.Results The day after operation,soperatcleral section of all operated eyes fitted well,and no leakage occurred.Iris hole was clear,and there was no pigment layer left.Pupil was round and in position.Visual acuity remained the same level as before operation,without astigmatism occuring.Only three eyes(3.5%)caught sligh hyphema during operatin,which was absorbed two days later.There were no other complications.Conclusion Suture free scleral tunnel iridectomy had some advantages such as safety,no suture stimulation after operation and no astigmatism.
