摘要
为进一步推动公路桥梁设计的标准化,确保桥梁设计质量和提高设计效率,提供对既往设计成果的有效积累与利用途径,建立了可维护的开放型桥梁知识库,综合运用计算机图形学、专家系统、数据库、分布式软件架构等多种先进信息技术,通过软件手段开发了基于该知识库的桥梁设计专家系统,实现了桥梁智能设计推理方法。将桥梁数字模型按照不同的应用进行分层,形成了多个不同的应用模型,分别对各模型进行了全参数化建模,采用面向接口的插件技术实现了模型的快速扩展。基于Open CASCADE技术研发了交互式桥梁三维设计模块,集成了部分桥梁结构受力分析计算功能,针对自动绘图提出了基于二叉树评判的布图算法,实现了集成桥梁方案设计、结构分析与成果输出的一体化设计平台。该系统可充分满足桥梁设计周期短、设计成果质量要求高等要求。
In order to further promote the standardization of highway bridge design, ensure the quality of bridge design, improve the design efficiency, and provide effective accumulation and reuse way for previous design results, a maintainable and open knowledge database of bridge design was set up. Based on the knowledge database, a bridge design expert system was established through software development by integrating computer graphics, expert systems, databases, distributed software architecture and other advanced information technologies, and the bridge intelligent design reasoning method was realized. The bridge digital model was stratified to form several application models according to different applications. The full parametric modeling of each model was established. The interface-oriented plug-in technology was applied to achieve the rapid expansion of the model. In the system, the interactive 3D bridge design module was developed based on Open CASCADE technology, and several bridge structure stress analysis computing functions were integrated. For the requirement of the automatic drawing, evaluation layout algorithm based on binary tree was put forward. Thus, an integrated design platform with bridge scheme design, structure analysis and result output was realized, which can meet the requirements of short time and high quality of bridge design.
