基于DH3817自动化检测仪器的拱桥检测方案设计

摘要 针对传统拱桥检测方法存在桥梁结构状态检测准确率低,导致拱桥安全性和稳定性降低的问题,提出设计一个基于DH3817自动化检测仪器的拱桥检测方案。首先,对拱桥负载状况下的动态应变测量原理进行分析;然后分别采用DH3817动态应变采集分析仪、位移计和拾振器对桥梁跨中截面动应变、动挠度曲线和自振频率及阻尼进行采集,基于以上采集数据设计一个动态应变测试系统,通过此系统进行拱桥结构检测和动载试验评估;最后给出拱桥结构使用不同截面时的动载试验方案。试验结果表明,在2辆汽车的荷载作用下,各截面的应变校验系数控制在0.28~0.69范围内,满足动态应变测试系统设计需求。且在拱桥荷载试验时,采用DH3817型应变测量传感器对拱圈控制断面的应变进行测量可有效解决拱桥检测的应变测试问题。说明采用设计的拱桥检测方案能够实现拱桥结构变化准确检测和反映,通过其检测数据可帮助工作人员进行拱桥安全养护和加固,具有一定的实际应用意义。 In view of the low accuracy of bridge structure state detection and the reduced safety and stability of arch bridge,an arch bridge detection scheme based on DH3817 automatic detection instrument is proposed.Firstly,the principle of dynamic strain measurement under the load of arch bridge is analyzed.Then,DH3817 dynamic strain acquisition analyzer,displacement meter and vibration pickup are used to collect dynamic strain,flexibility curve and damping,and a dynamic strain test system is designed based on the above collected data to evaluate the arch bridge structure and dynamic load test.Finally,the dynamic load test scheme with different sections is given.The test results show that under the load of two vehicles,the strain check coefficient of each section is controlled within the range of 0.28~0.69,which meets the design requirements of the dynamic strain test system.In the arch bridge load test,using DH3817 type strain measurement sensor to measure the strain of the arch ring control section can effectively solve the strain test problem of arch bridge detection.It shows that the designed arch bridge detection scheme can realize the accurate detection and reflection of the structural changes of the arch bridge,and the detection data can help the staff to carry out the safety maintenance and reinforcement of the arch bridge,which has certain practical application significance.
