烟叶是烟草行业发展的基础,也是地方经济发展和农民脱贫致富的支柱产业,在国民经济和社会发展中起到积极作用。运用农业标准化手段发展现代烟草农业,可推进创新体系的建立和完善、加快实用技术的推广应用、促进科技成果转化、保障烟叶产品安全,最终实现烟叶生产的"规模化种植、集约化经营、专业化分工、信息化管理"。
The tobacco leaf is the base of cigarette industry development. The cigarette industry is the mainstay industry for the local economy development. It also could help peasants get rid of poor. It plays an important role in the national economy and social development. Developing the modern tobacco agriculture with agricultural standardization could help construction and optimization of the innovative system, accelerate the widespread using of practical techniques, promote the transforms of science and technology achievements, ensure the safety of tobacco leaf production. The final goal is to achieve the planting on a large scale, intensive management, professional division of work and information management for the tobacco production.
