复方儿茶止泻霜对腹泻大鼠小肠黏膜AQP1表达的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Compound Catechu Anti-diarrhea Ointment on Expression of Aquaporin-1 in Small Intestinal Mucosa of Rats

摘要 目的:观察复方儿茶止泻霜对腹泻大鼠小肠AQP1表达的影响。方法:免疫组化法比较腹泻模型组(DM)、正常对照组(NC)及低(L)、高(H)剂量药物治疗组、阳性对照药物治疗组(PC)的AQP1表达。结果:DM组AQP1表达低于L组、PC组和H组,L组AQP1表达低于H组和PC(P<0.01),但H组和PC与NC组间无明显差异(P>0.01)。结论:复方儿茶止泻霜上调腹泻大鼠小肠AQP1表达。 Objective : To investigate the effect of Compound Catechu Anti - diarrhea Ointment on the expression of aquaporin - 1 ( AQP1 ) of intestinal mueosa of diarrhea rat models. Methods : All the rats were randomly assigned into 5 groups including diar- rhea model ( DM ) group, low dose - ( L), and high dose - ( H ) Water Extraction Solution of Compound Catechu group, positive control drug(PC) group, and normal control( NC )group. The expression of AQP1 protein of small intestine of different groups was determined by immunohistochemistzT. Results:The expression of AQP1 of DM group was significantly lower than that of L groups, H groups and PC group respectively(P 〈0. 01 ) ,and the expression of AQP1 of L groups was significantly lower than that of PC group and H group(P 〈0.01 ) ,while there was no difference in NC groups,PC group and H group(P 〉0. 01 ). Conclusion:Com- pound Catechu Anti - diarrhea Ointment promoted the expression of AQP1 in intestinal mucosa of diarrhea rat models.
