摘要
研究型大学与跨国公司是技术创新的两个重要主体,本文从合作技术创新的角度分析了研究型大学与跨国公司合作的动因,阐述了研究型大学与跨国公司合作的三种具体模式:大学主导型合作模式、跨国公司主导型合作模式和人才培养型合作模式。
Research universities and multinational corporations are the main two important technological innovations, this innovation from the point of view of cooperation of research universities and multinational companies the motivation to explain the research universities and multinational companies in three specific modes： University of oriented mode of cooperation, transnational cooperation model-oriented type of mode of cooperation and personnel training.
