摘要
目前,智慧城市建设已成为了我国不少城市创新发展的重要选择。本文在梳理智慧城市含义与主要内容的基础上,从智慧人群、智慧基础设施、智慧治理、智慧民生、智慧经济、智慧环境与智慧规划建设七个维度出发,构建了一套客观性强、指向明确、科学合理的智慧城市评价指标体系,为智慧城市的健康快速发展提供有益参考。
At present, the construction of smart city has become the important choice of urban innovation and development in China. This paper summarizes the definition and main content of the smart city, then from the perspective of smart people, smart infrastructure, smart governance, smart living, smart economy, smart environment and smart planning and construction, constructs a set of smart city evaluation index system, with the characteristics of objectivity, clear orientation and justifiability, to provide a useful reference for tile healthy and rapid development of smart cities.
