摘要
智慧城市是基于新一代信息技术和创新2.0环境下的一种城市形态。本文在对智慧城市建设国内外现状进行分析研究的基础上,指出其中存在的问题以及对标准化的需求,建立结构清晰、层次分明的智慧城市建设标准体系框架,并对其各类标准进行了说明。本文对于指导我国各地在标准化基础上健康快速开展智慧城市建设具有积极的现实意义。
Smart city is a city form under the environment of a new generation with information technology support and innovation 2.0. On the basis of analyzing and researching the existing status of smart city construction, this paper points out the problems and standardization requirements, establishes the well-structured standard system framework of smart city construction, and itemizes all types of standards. This research should be positive practical significance and provide a favorable standardization foundation for healthy and rapidly constructing smart city.
