摘要
目的：观察参麦注射液对心原性休克的治疗效果。方法：采用随机分组的方法，对３０例心原性休克患者进行内科常规治疗和内科常规治疗＋参麦注射液疗效比较。结果：应用参麦注射液２周后，患者血压升高，并保持较平稳状态，同时左室收缩功能明显改善，未发现严重不良反应。结论：参麦注射液是治疗心原性休克的安全有效药物。
Objection: The study observed the clinical therapeutic effect of Shenmai Injection in treatment of cardiogenic shock. Methods: 30 cases with cardiogenic.shock was divided into two groups (routine treatment group and routine treatment+ Shenmai Injection group) by randomized crossover method, the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results: By using Shenmai injection for two weeks, the patients' blood pressure was increased and stable, the patients' left ventricular contractile function was improved, no severed side effect was found. Conclusion: Shenmai injection is an effective and safe drug for treatment of cardiogenic shock.
