摘要
观察急性心肌梗塞发作 48小时内 ,应用攻逐痰瘀方 (酒大黄、全瓜蒌、当归、丹参、赤芍、枳实 )为主 ,配合生脉注射液及西药常规治疗 3 7例的临床疗效。结果 :显效率 75 .68% ,有效率 1 8.91 % ,5周死亡率 5 .41 %。提示 :早期应用中药治疗无严重并发症的急性心肌梗塞有较好疗效。
In the observation of the clinical effect of “Phlegm Stasis Eliminating Formula”(mainly composed of Radix Rhei,Fructus Trichosanthis,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Fructus Aurantii Immaturus)in 37 cases of myocardiac infarction within 48 hours of acute seizure,in combination with“Pulse Producing Injection”and routine medications,the results showed the remarkably effective rate was 75 68%,the effective rate was 18 91% and the death rate within 5 weeks was 5 41%,indicating that the early application of Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of acute myocardiac infarction without severe complications can offer a better therapeutic effect.
