摘要
目的 实验观察医用几丁糖注入家兔前房可能引起的损害 ,探讨这种高分子物质在眼科的应用前景。方法 将 40只兔右眼前房注入 0 .1ml医用几丁糖 ,左眼前房注入平衡盐溶液作对照 ,术后观察角膜及前房的反应。结果 实验组与对照组的眼内反应 ,包括结膜充血、眼压变化、前房渗出、角膜内皮活细胞计数 ,差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。光镜、透射电镜观察细胞形态无明显异常。结论 医用几丁糖与平衡盐溶液在眼内反应相似 ,认为医用几丁糖作眼内注射是安全的。
Objective To determine whether intracameral injection of chitosan may have a toxic effect and this high molecular substance has any value for ocular use. Methods 0.1ml Chitosan was injected into anterior chamber in left eyes of forty rabbits, and 0.1ml balanced saline solution as the control was injected into the left eyes. The reaction of the cornea and anterior chamber were investigated after operations. Result There was no significant difference of ocular reaction: conjuctival congestion, intraocular pressure, corneal opacity, anterior chamber precipitates, and no morphological change of corneal endotheliocyte was observed under both light microscope and transmission electron microscope. Conclusion Chitosan has the same reaction of the cornea and anterior chamber with control and it could be safely used intraocularly.
