摘要
目的探讨对意外怀孕终止妊娠的未成年少女实施心理护理的效果。方法选取2011年1月～2011年12月在本院妇产科门诊诊治的160例意外怀孕终止妊娠的未成年少女并随机分为干预组(80例)与对照组(80例)。干预组患者进行心理评估并在术前、术中、术后有针对性实施心理护理干预,对照组患者实施常规护理。比较2组人工流产患者手术前恐惧忧虑程度、手术过程中耐受情况、不良反应发生情况及手术所用时间。结果干预组患者手术前恐惧忧虑低,不良反应发生情况少,手术耐受性高,手术时间短,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施全面的心理护理干预,对保证未成年少女人流手术的安全、缩短手术时间、减轻患者痛苦有非常重要的作用。
Objective To expore the importance of Psychological nursing intervention in terminal pregnancy of underage gifts. Methods 160 cases of patients recruited to Obsteterics and Gynecology department from January 2011 to December 2011 were randomly divided to 2 groups, each group has 80 cases. The intervention group plus psychological nursing intervention based on the routine nursing, the control related with routine nursing. Compare the 2 groups＂ degree of anxiety , surgery tolerance, adverse reaction ratio and the operation time. Results The intervention groups＂ surgery tolerance is higher than the control group（P〈0.05）, adverse reaction ratio and the degree of anxiety is lower than the control group（P〈0.05） and the operation time is shorter （P〈0.05）, the differences was statistically significant. Conclusion Implement Psychological nursing intervention is very import to ensure the safety of surgery, shorten operation time and relieve the patient＇s suffering.
