摘要
目的:探讨对未成年少女中期引产的心理护理干预的疗效。方法:选择未成年少女中期引产患者共58例,其中观察组30例,对照组28例。对照组采用一般护理模式,观察组在常规护理基础上加用心理护理干预。分析两组患者心理特征情况及对护理的满意度。结果:两组间入院时基本情况无差异,出院时焦虑分数和对护理满意度观察组均明显优于对照组(分别为t=5.710,P<0.01和χ2=6.290,P<0.05)。结论:对未成年中期引产少女采用心理护理干预可降低焦虑分数,提高护理满意度。
Objective：To investigate the efficacy of psychological nursing intervention of underage girls＇ mid-term induced labor.Methods：58 cases of mid-term induced labor underage girls were collected and divided into observation group of 30 patients and control group of 28 patients.Control group was given the general model of care,observation group was added psychological nursing intervention on the base of control group,the psychology characteristics and the degree of satisfaction of care were analyzed.Results：There were no differences between the basic information before admission to hospotial.The anxiety scores and the degree of satisfaction of care in the observation group at discharge were better than that in the control group respectively（t=5.710,P〈0.01;χ2=6.290,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Using the psychological care interventions to the underage girl in medium-term induced labor can reduce the anxiety scores and improve nursing satisfaction.
