摘要
目的:优选软肝灵胶囊制粒的最佳工艺。方法:以颗粒的流动性和吸湿性为考察指标,对制粒过程的主要因素进行考察。结果:最佳工艺参数为雾化压力0.3 MPa、进风温度80℃、干燥时间40 min、淀粉量为0.3倍。结论:该方法制出的颗粒流动性好,不易吸湿,易于溶出,性质稳定。
OBJECTIVE： To optimize the granulating technique of Ruanganling capsules. METHODS： The major factors of the granulating technique of Ruanganling capsules were optimized by orthogonal experiment with fluidity and hygroscopicity as indexes. RESULTS： The optimal technical parameters of Ruanganling capsules were as follows： atomization pressure of 0.3 Mpa, inlet air temperature of 80 ℃, drying time of 40 min and 0. 3-fold of amylum. CONCLUSION： The Ruanganling capsules made by this method were characterized by good fluidity, low moisture absorption, high dissolution and stability.
