摘要
目的:分析我院中成药应用情况,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法:调取我院2007—2010年中成药的销售金额和用量,对各年销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)及限定日费用(DDC)进行统计分析。结果:我院2007—2010年中成药的销售金额呈上升趋势。在各剂型中成药中,销售金额排序居前3位的是胶囊剂、注射剂和颗粒剂;在中成药各个类别中,销售金额排序居前3位的是理血剂、清热剂和补益剂;销售金额排序中居前列的中成药以注射剂为主,DDDs排序中居前列的中成药以口服剂为主。结论:我院中成药使用基本合理,在治疗心脑血管疾病、肿瘤的辅助治疗和健康保健等方面发挥着重要的作用。
OBJECTIVE： To analyze the utilization of Chinese traditional patent medicines in our hospital for providing scientific basis of clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS： The data about annual consumption sum and consumption amount of Chinese traditional patent medicines in our hospital during 2007-2010 were collected for statistical analysis regarding the annual consumption sum, DDDs and DDC. RESULTS： The annual consumption sum of Chinese traditional patent medicines showed an upward trend in our hospital during 2007-2010. Of all the dosage forms of Chinese traditional patent medicines, capsule, injection and granula ranked the top three on the list of consumption sum; of all the single kinds of Chinese traditional patent medicines, blood-regulation recipes, heat-clearing prescription and tonifying prescription ranked the top 3 on the list of consumption sum. Injections took the lead on the consumption sum whereas oral Chinese traditional patent medicines took the lead on the list of DDDs. CONCLUSION ： The use of Chinese traditional patent medicines in our hospital was rational on the whole, which played an important role in the treatment of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases or tumors as an adjunctive therapy and health care.
