摘要
目的:研究奥扎格雷钠(sodium ozagrel,S-OZA)对垂体后叶素(pituitrin,PIT)所致大鼠心肌缺血模型的保护作用及机制。方法:采用PIT建立大鼠心肌缺血模型,观察S-OZA对大鼠心电图(ECG)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平及血小板因子4(PF4)的影响。结果:S-OZA可抑制PIT引起的T波改变,降低血清MDA及PF4的水平,升高SOD的水平。结论:S-OZA对垂体后叶素所致大鼠缺血心肌具有一定的保护作用,其机制与其抗氧化、抗PF4等有关。
AIM: To investigate the effects of sodium ozagrel on vasopressin-induced myocardial ischemia and its mechanisms. METHODS: Myocardial ischemia was induced by vasopressin injection in rats. The effects of sodium ozagrel on ECG, malondialdehyde (MDA) level, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and PF4 in sera were observed. RESULTS: Sodium ozagrel significantly inhibited the changes of T-wave, lowered the level of MDA, increased SOD level and decreased the PF4 level in sera of rats with myocardial ischemia. CONCLUSION: Sodium ozagrel has some type of protective effect on vasopressininduced myocardial ischemia, possibly through its effects on antioxidant and antiplatelet factor PF4.
