摘要
目的:探讨家属赋能模式对青年缺血性脑卒中患者日常生活能力的影响。方法:将160例青年缺血性脑卒中患者及其家属随机分为对照组和观察组各80例,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组采用家属赋能模式进行分阶段健康教育。比较两组患者健康教育前后日常生活能力(ADL)。结果:两组患者健康教育后Barthel指数均高于健康教育前(P<0.05),观察组患者健康教育后Barthel指数与对照组同期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对青年缺血性脑卒中患者及其家属采用家属赋能模式进行健康教育,可以提高家属应对、照顾能力及患者ADL,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the impact of family empowerment model on ADL of young patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:160 young patients with ischemic stroke and their families were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group(80 cases in each group).The routine health education was conducted in the control group and the family empowerment model was used to provide patients health education by stages in the observation group.The activities of daily living(ADL) of the patients were compared between the two groups before and after health education.Results:The Barthel indices in both groups were higher after health education than that before health education(P0.05);the diffidence in the comparison of Barthel indices was statistically significant between the two groups after health education(P0.05).Conclusion:The health education by following family empowerment model can improve family coping and care ability as well as ADL of young patients with ischemic stroke.
