摘要
随着油田三次采油大面积的工业性推广应用,油田注聚规模不断扩大,注入井和注聚站数量逐年增多,注入站的注聚泵耗电量也逐年加大,为了降低注入系统的耗电量以及解决注入量调节频繁的问题,目前在注入站采用变频调速控制技术。而伺服电动机技术作为一项全新的调速控制技术,以其具有的宽范围无级调速、智能化控制、负载转矩柔性匹配、在线参数自校正等特点,更能适合注入系统对驱动装置的要求。通过在注入站现场试验,对比了该技术与常规变频调速器的使用效果,伺服电动机具有调速范围宽,速度控制精度高,节能效果显著等优点,经过监测、综合节电率在18%左右,具有较好的推广应用前景。
With the large area industrial application of oilfield tertiary oil recovery, the scale of polymer injec-tion is expanding continually, the number of polymer injection stations is increasing with the years, the electric power consumption from polymer injecting pumps is increasing year by year. In order to reduce the power consumption of injection system and solve the problem of controlling fre-quently injection rate, the frequency control technology has been used in injection stations. As a new technology, the Servo motor speed control technology is more suitble for the requirement of injection system for driving equipment according to their wide stepless speed regulation range, in-telligant control, load torque soft match and online parameter self-tuning features. According to the injection field test, some advantages of Servo motor have been reflected by comparing the ef-fects bewteen this technology and general inverter such as a wide speed range, high accuracy of speed control and significiant energy-saving effects. The integrated energy-saving rate is up to 18% with better promotion prospects.
