摘要
提出一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的交流位置伺服控制系统。DSP具有的强大高速运算能力,片内集成了丰富的电机控制外围部件和电路,简化了控制电路的硬件设计,提高了系统的可靠性,并且利用DSP具有极强的数字计算能力,使很多新型的控制算法可以被用于伺服控制器中,实现了“软件化”的全数字伺服驱动器。实验结果表明了该系统具有良好的动态和静态控制特性和一定的实用性。
This paper presents a digitized AC position servo system based on DSP. It fully utilizes the wealthy peripherals and highspeed calculation function of DSP. The system has simply hardware and good systematic dependability. It utilizes the extremely strong digital computing capability of DSP to make a lot of new-type control algorithms can be used for the servo controller and have realized the all digital servo drivers of "software" . Experimental results show that the system has a good dynamic and static characteristics and the certain usability.
