摘要
深圳地铁前海车辆段上盖物业是目前国内在建最大地铁上盖物业开发项目,工程管理面临填海区软弱地基处理、桩基平台工程与车辆段交叉施工、结构转换层施工、防水工程施工及质量控制等难点。文章主要对前海地铁上盖物业工程施工管理特点进行分析和总结,为国内外类似工程提供借鉴和参考。
The superstructure over Qianhai depot on Shenzhen metro is currently the inland largest on-going construction in metro superstructure development projects, project management is facing some difficulties including soft soils ground treatment in reclamation area, pile foundation platform engineering and depot overlapped construction, structure transitional level construction, waterproofing works and quality control etc, The paper analyzes and summarizes the superstructure construction management characteristics, providing reference for similar projects at home and abroad.
