速度滑冰竞技项目的技术动作都不是依靠某单一肌群就能完成的,它必须要动员许多肌肉群协调做功,其技术动作都是以中心肌群为核心的运动链,强有力的核心肌群对运动中的身体姿势、运动技能和专项技术动作起着稳定和支持作用。核心力量对运动员上下肢体的协调配合及整合用力起着承上启下的枢纽作用,保证运动员平衡、协调和高质量地完成滑行技术动作。加强青少年的核心力量训练,有助于青少年运动员更好地握滑跑的正确技术,提高肢体协调工作效率和预防运动性损伤。
The motions of speed skating cant be performed by a single muscle group and must need to mo bilize many muscle groups to work in phase, its kinematic chain being with the center of core muscle group which takes the stabilizing and supporting effects on the dynamic posture, movement skills and special ized technique. By pivotal role in coordination and integration of upper and lower limbs, the core strength can ensure the skaters balanceablely and harmoniously perform the skating motions with high quality. Enhan cing the teen agers'core strength training will help them better hold the skating skills, improve the physical work efficiency and prevent the sports injury.
