摘要
分析短道速滑运动员核心区域训练对提高运动成绩的作用与重要性,认为核心区域参与运动的肌肉构成,加强短道速滑运动员核心区域的训练符合短道速滑项目运动员外形的技术结构特点,能提高其驾驭冰刀的能力,是当今势在必行的趋势,是不容忽视的现实问题。并提出了核心区域训练持之以恒、高质量和不同周期区别对待的原则,以及髋部、躯干的训练方法、手段与衡量训练负荷的要求。
After analyzing the importance and function of core region training for improving the short track speed skaters'achievement, the article thinks that reinforcing the core region training and the participant muscles layout in this training accord with the skaters' external characteristic of technique structure, the training can improve the skating control ability. It indicates it's a noticeable problem that the current trend is imperative to take this training. It puts forward the principle and claim to preserve a high -quality core region training by handling it according to different periods, the training methods, means and load about hip and trunk.
