摘要
利用NH4Al(SO4) 2 和NH4HCO3 为原料 ,控制适当的反应物配比和反应体系的 pH值 ,制得NH4AlO(OH)HCO3 前驱体化合物 .在一定的温度下热解 ,最终制得活性超细α -Al2 O3 粉体 ,TEM测得粉体粒径约 5~ 2 0nm .ICP分析结果表明 :该粉体的Al2 O3 含量高达99.98% .
NH 4AlO(OH)HCO 3 precursor was synthesized by using NH 4Al(SO 4) 2 and NH 4HCO 3 as the starting materials; suitable ratios of reactants and pH value of the reaction system. Active high purity(99.98%)and ultrafine Al 2O 3 powders can be prepared by calcining the precursor at 1 050 ℃ for 1.5 h. The particle size is about 5~20 nm as observed by the transmission electron microscopy.
