摘要
论述了编辑素质与期刊质量之间的关系。得出了质量上乘的学术期刊,编辑的作用确是不容忽视的等结论。编辑素质高,期刊质量不一定高,然而不注重编辑素质的培养与提高,期刊质量就会受到明显影响。事实表明,只有不断加强编辑综合素质培养,才能确保科技期刊的质量。
This article analyses the relationship between the quality of editors and the quality of science-and-tech- nology_oriented journals. The quality ofeditor is necessary to the quality ofthejournal： the high quality ofjoumal must rely on the development and improvement of editors. As a matter of fact, only by constantly strengthening the comprehensive quality of editors can the quality of the science and technology journal be ensured.
