摘要
在对“一稿多投”的原因及后果进行客观评述的基础上 ,从规范工作程序、缩短审稿时滞、发稿前及校对环节的补救措施等 4个方面 ,阐述如何最大限度地减少重复发表现象。
The reasons and consequences of the mutiple-contributions of one paper to different periodicals are analyzed. From the following respects: normalizing the editing procedure, shortening the peer reviewing time, checking up on the manuscripts before publishing and during the proofreading, the editors can reduce the duplicate publications to the greatest extent.
