动力髋螺钉与伽马钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效分析 被引量:3

Clinical Analysis on Effect Dynamic Hip Screw and Gamma Nail in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Farcture

摘要 目的探讨动力髋螺钉(DHS)和小切口伽马钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床疗效。方法运用DHS及小切口伽马钉方法治疗粗隆间骨折94例,记录两组手术时间、术中出血量及输血量,采用Harris评定术后患者髋关节功能。结果手术时间DHS组长于伽马钉组,两组比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05);出血量及输血量伽马钉组明显少于DHS组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。按Harris标准评定,DHS优良率92.5%,伽马钉优良率92.9%。两组优良率比较,差异无显著性,P>0.05。结论动力髋及伽马钉均是粗隆间骨折的理想治疗方法,小切口伽马钉在手术创伤及术后恢复方面更具优势。 Objective To explore the operation of general anesthesia in children with snoring disease suitable intubation depth. Methods ASAⅠline snoring operation in 60 cases,divided randomly into three groups,20 cases in each group.In grouPⅠ,intubation depth(cm) = age(years) /2+12;grouPⅡ,intubation depth(cm) =[ age(years) +10]/2+12;grouP3,intubation depth(cm) = age(years) /2+14.Records of tracheal catheter depth(as the catheter tiPfrom the incisor distance),after the success of tracheal intubation,each head position changes through auscultation of lung and monitoring of etCO2 determine the position of the catheter,tracheal catheter herniation or into the main bronchus for failure,statistical failure rate.Results the three groups of age,weight,type of operation and operation time without significant difference.Failure rate was 15% in grouPⅠ;in grouPⅡ,the failure rate for 35%;grouP3,a failure rate of 0.GrouPⅡand Ⅲ grouPhad significant difference.Conclusion according to the formula" intubation depth(cm) = age(years) /2+14" calculated tracheal intubation depth more suitable for application in children with snoring disease operation under general anesthesia.
