摘要
目的选择适合大鼠原位肾移植建模的安全长效的麻醉药物。方法分别用丙泊芬、戊巴比妥钠、乌拉坦对Wistar大鼠实施腹腔麻醉,观测麻醉起效时间、持续时间、生命体征、死亡率。结果丙泊酚起效时间及单剂持续时间均较短,无死亡,但丙泊芬的白色性状,干扰腹腔手术视野,不利于操作。戊巴比妥钠单剂麻醉持续时间较长(110min),死亡率低,心率抑制弱。乌拉坦麻醉起效快,但持续时间过长,心率抑制强,死亡率过高。结论戊巴比妥钠是适合大鼠原位肾移植建模的安全长效的麻醉剂。
Objective To compare the anaesthetic effect between propofol,sodium pentobarbital and urethane in Wistar rats with kidney transplantation. Methods The survival rate of post-surgery,anaesthetic time and side effects were observed and compared.Results The three anaesthetic methods all could achieve good anaesthetic effect in healthy rats,but its survival rate of post-surgery,anaesthetic time and side effects were different.Abdominal anesthesia with low dose of propofol or sodium pentobarbital could achieve ideal effects in kidney transplantation surgery,but the white color of propofol was not suitable for abdominal operation.Urethane could bring about higher death rate than propofol or sodium pentobarbital group.Conclusion Sodium pentobarbital is a better anaesthetic drug for rat kidney transplantation.
