摘要
采用溶胶凝胶法制备了非晶态Fe -Al-P -O催化剂 ,并用IR ,XRD ,TEM ,BET ,TPR等技术对其物相组成、结构、表面形貌和活性氧量进行了表征。结果表明 ,非晶态Fe -Al-P -O催化剂是由FePO4 和AlPO4 组成的均一混合物 ,其比表面大于 2 0 0m2 /g ,纳米级颗粒分布 ,活性氧还原温度集中于 40 0~ 5 0 0℃间 ,是一种潜在的烷烃选择氧化催化剂。
Non-crystal Fe-Al-P-O catalyst was prepared by the sol-gel method The composition, structure and surface appearance of this catalysts were characterized by IR, XRD, TEM, BET, and TPR techniques Experimental results showed that the Fe-Al-P-O catalyst is an uniform compound of nanometer particles FePO 4 and AlPO 4, and evenly dispersed, the specific surface area of the catalyst is larger than 200m 2/g, the average size of catalyst particles is about 8nm, the reduction temperature of active oxygen is within 400~500℃, which is lower than crystal FePO 4 about 100℃ In comparison with the conventional FePO 4, the non-crystal Fe-Al-P-O may be a better catalyst for selective oxidation of alkanes
