摘要
利用热重技术对三种延迟石油焦、三种减压渣油及其混合物的燃烧反应特性进行了考察。实验发现 ,延迟焦为典型的燃烧反应曲线 ,并且不同延迟焦的反应性差别很小。减压渣油则表现出三个主要氧化燃烧反应区 ,不同减压渣油在三个反应区温度的差别不同 ,在低温反应区的温度差别较大 ,而在高温反应区温度几乎相同 ;并且不同减压渣油在各个反应区均有自己的特征反应速率。油焦混合物的燃烧反应曲线与减压渣油非常相似 ,但由于石油焦的加入对低温氧化反应物质反应性的影响而使混合物与减压渣油在两个较低温度反应区有明显的差异。通过对燃烧参数的比较发现石油焦浓度为 40W %的混合物的燃烧温度比减压渣油升高约 30~ 5 0℃ ,而比延迟焦降低约 90℃。
