应用热重法测定NH_4Y沸石表面酸性

摘要 以吡啶为吸附质,高纯氮气为净化气和数气,采用热重分析(TGA)和程序升温脱附(TPD)方法研究了超稳和未超稳NH_4Y沸石的表面酸性。考察了影响吡啶吸附/脱附量的因素,确定了较佳的实验条件。本方法所用实验装置简单,易于操作,所得数据可靠。 The acid amount, acid strength and acidity distribution of ultra-stable Y and NH_4 Y zeolites were determinde by using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA)technology and temperature programmed desorption (TPD) of pyridine. High purity nitrogen was used as purging gas and carrier gas. Various factors influencing the adsorption/desorption amount of pyridine on samples were examined and the optimum measurement conditions were determined. With this easy and simple, but reliable method ,we can get a better understanding of the activity of solid acid catalysts.
