摘要
针对乌鲁木齐石化总厂化肥厂一段转化炉对流段过热蒸汽盘管SSH2及管板因拱顶温度高烧损变形 ,致使对流段部分耐火衬里破坏脱落的问题 ,采用在一段转化炉过渡段砌筑耐火支撑墙的方法保护对流段SSH2管板及耐火衬里 ,并对其可行性进行论述。
The superheating steam coil SSH2 and tube sheets in the convection zone of the primary reformer were damaged for too high temperature of the domeAs a result,a part of the refractory lining in convection zone has been destroyed and broken downIn this paper,the method of protecting SSH2 tube sheets and refractory lining in convection zone with supporting walls is expounded and the feasibility of this method is discussed
