摘要
通过对耐火衬里使用寿命短、炉口和热电偶孔部位超温原因的分析 ,对炉口、热电偶孔部位耐火衬里进行了改进 ,增加了气化炉筒体下部刚玉砖的厚度 ,解决了炉壁超温问题 ,耐火衬里使用寿命从原来的不到80 0 0h延长到 1 60 0 0h以上。
Through an analysis of the causes of short service of the refractory lining and overheating at the gasifier outlet and the thermowell, an improvement is made on the refractory lining at the gasifier outlet and the thermowell and the thickness of the corundum bricks is increased at the lower section of the gasifier body, so that overheating of the gasifier wall is overcome, with the service life of the refractory lining extending from the original 8,000 h to over 16,000 h.
