摘要
目的观察丹皮酚对大鼠心肌梗死后脂联素表达的影响及意义。方法建立大鼠心肌梗死模型,随机分为对照组、MI组、Pae干预组。采用TTC染色法检测大鼠梗死心肌面积,ELISA法检测血浆脂联素浓度,免疫组化法检测心肌组织脂联素表达,Tunnel法检测凋亡心肌细胞。结果 Pae干预组血浆肌心肌组织脂联素分泌均增加,大鼠心肌梗死面积减少,心肌凋亡减轻。结论丹皮酚干预可以减轻大鼠心肌梗死面积及心肌凋亡,其机制可能与增加脂联素表达有关,对今后指导临床用药有重要意义。
Objective To observe the effect of Paeonol on the expression of adiponectin in myocardial infarction rats. Methods Rat MI model were made and randomly divided into control group, MI group and Pae group. Rat myocardial infarction area was detected by TTC staining method, and the expression of adiponectin was examined by ELISA and immunodhistochemistrry while the apoptosis of myocardial cells was examined by Tunnel method. Results The expression of adiponectin was significantly upregulated in ischemic area in Pae group compared with other groups, while myocardial infarct size and myocardial cells apoptosis reduced. Coulusion Paeonol intervention on rat myocardial infarction has a protective effect, and its mechanism may be related to increased adiponectin expression, so it has important significance to guide clinical medication.
