摘要
目的建立甘桂龙牡浓缩丸的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对浓缩丸中的甘草、酸枣仁进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中桂皮醛含量,并对测量方法进行方法学研究。结果甘草、酸枣仁特征斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰。桂皮醛在0.496 8~4.968 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.15%,RSD=0.87%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法简便准确,专属性、重复性好,可作为甘桂龙牡浓缩丸的质量控制标准。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Gangui Longmu concentrated pills. Methods Glycyrrhiza uralensis and Ziziphi Spinosae Semen were identified by TLC. The content of Cinnamaldehyde was determined by HPLC. The determine method was methodologically investigated. Results The spot on TLC plates were clear without interference in the blank reference. The linearity range of Cinnamaldehyde was 0. 496 8 - 4. 968 0μg, r = 0. 999 9. The average recovery was 99. 15%, and RSD was 0.87% (n =6). Conclusion The established method is easy, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Gangui Longmu concentrated pill.
