摘要
用固体酸代替硫酸作酯化反应催化剂,制备酯基碳数为12~16的丙烯酸酯类单体,固体酸用量为0.2%,酯产率高达95.1%。产物不必碱洗、水洗等后处理过程,后处理简单,环境污染小,对设备腐蚀小,并考察其聚合物对柴油的降凝作用。
The n-alkylacrylate in which the alkyl has 12-16C, has been synthesized in the presence of 0. 2% solid catalyst instead of sulfuric acid with the yield of 95.1%. The product needs no washing with alkali and water. The process is simple with less environmental pollution and less corrosion. The effect of the polymer as pour point depressant on the diesel fuel oil has been examined.
